Jane Stroud is a three-term councillor, representing Ward 4 on the RMWB Council. Jane was born and raised in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and has lived in the region her whole life, calling Anzac home.
Jane is passionate about getting results for rural communities - like cutting taxes for rural small businesses, fighting for high speed internet access, securing water and sewer services and working with the community to build the Conklin Multiplex and the Anzac firehall.
Jane is running to be the next MLA for Fort McMurray-Lac La Biche so she can fight to make sure we get the education, healthcare and infrastructure our community needs and deserves. She has a proven record of getting results.
Jane will be Fort McMurray’s voice in Edmonton - not the other way around.
Before being elected as the councillor for Ward 4, Jane worked as a financial administrator for the Fort McMurray Metis. Jane has two children and three grandchildren.
Jane Stroud and Rachel Notley's team are setting the course for a future that is for all Albertans, not just a select few. There's no room to turn back and undo our progress. Donate today to help elect Jane Stroud and join the fight for Alberta's future.Donate today
